Hi, I'm Kate Moloney.

I'm a certified coach here to help you overcome the fear of public speaking.


Whether you are preparing for a wedding speech, speaking up in meetings, delivering workplace presentations, or presenting to large seminar audiences, I help you build the confidence to communicate clearly, calmly, and authentically.


My approach combines coaching, communication training, and MBTI personality insights to help you understand your natural communication style and how you respond under pressure. There is no “perfect presenter” — the key is learning how to communicate in a way that feels natural to you while still connecting powerfully with your audience.


For many people, the fear of public speaking is not simply about standing in front of others. It can show up as overthinking, dry mouth, brain fog, self-doubt, panic, or feeling physically overwhelmed before speaking. Together, we work through both the emotional and practical sides of communication so you can feel more in control, more prepared, and more confident.


I am also passionate about supporting women navigating peri-menopause and menopause, because hormonal changes, anxiety, loss of confidence, brain fog, and social overwhelm can make speaking situations feel even more difficult. You are not losing your voice — sometimes you simply need the right support, understanding, and strategies to reconnect with it.


My coaching creates a safe, supportive, and encouraging space where you can grow in confidence at your own pace,  whether your goal is to speak confidently in a team meeting, deliver a heartfelt wedding speech, or step onto a stage in front of hundreds of people.
