Confident communication can make a real difference to how people lead, collaborate and represent your organisation.

M Coaching provides tailored development for individuals, leaders and teams through Executive Communication, Leadership Presentations, Presentation Masterclasses and MBTI® Team Workshops.

Whether you're developing senior leaders, strengthening presentation skills across a team or helping colleagues understand how they communicate with each other, each programme can be tailored to the needs of your organisation.

The aim is to develop confident, effective communicators who can put what they've learned into practice in the workplace.

  • Executive Communication

Senior professionals are often expected to communicate with confidence simply because they've reached a certain level. But expertise and seniority don't automatically make high-pressure communication feel comfortable.

The Executive Communication Programme provides tailored 1:1 development for senior professionals who want to communicate and present with greater confidence.

Using MBTI® as a starting point, we'll explore the individual's natural communication preferences, how those preferences influence the way they engage with others and what can happen when they're under pressure.

Through individual coaching and practical communication and presentation training, we'll then focus on the situations that matter in their role; from senior meetings and board presentations to client conversations, pitches and larger audiences.

The result isn't a prescribed 'executive' style. It's a confident, credible communication style that feels natural to the individual.

  • Leadership Presentations

Leaders don't just present information. They're often responsible for explaining change, creating clarity, gaining support and helping people understand where the organisation is going.

The Leadership Presentation Programme helps leaders develop the confidence and practical skills to deliver those important messages effectively.

Sessions can focus on real presentations and communication challenges within the organisation, allowing participants to apply what they're learning directly to situations they face in their roles.

We'll explore how to structure a clear message, adapt communication for different audiences and deliver with confidence, while giving participants the opportunity to practise, receive feedback and refine their approach.

The aim is to help leaders communicate important messages clearly, confidently and in a way that connects with the people listening.

  • Presentation Masterclass

The Presentation Masterclass is a practical, interactive training day designed for professionals who want to strengthen their presentation skills and feel more confident when speaking in front of others.

Rather than spending the day simply talking about how to present, participants will have opportunities to put the techniques into practice, receive constructive feedback and try different approaches in a supportive environment.

We'll explore preparation and structure, audience engagement, body language, delivery and practical techniques for managing nerves when the pressure is on.

The content can also be tailored around the types of presentations your people regularly deliver, making the learning immediately relevant to their roles.

Participants leave with practical techniques they can use in their very next presentation and continue developing long after the masterclass has finished.

  • MBTI® Team Workshops

Great communication isn't about everyone communicating in the same way. It's about understanding that people naturally take in information, make decisions and interact with others differently.

MBTI® Team Workshops help teams understand those differences and explore how their individual preferences influence the way they communicate and work together.

Participants complete the MBTI® assessment before the workshop and receive their individual type results as part of the process. During the session, we'll bring those preferences to life, exploring communication styles, potential areas of misunderstanding and what can happen when different personalities are working together, particularly when the pressure is on.

The emphasis is on practical application rather than simply discovering a four-letter type, giving the team a shared language they can continue to use after the workshop.

The result is greater understanding; of yourself, of each other and of how to communicate more effectively as a team.
