Online Meetings (Microsoft Teams)


Coaching sessions are normally delivered using Microsoft Teams.


Microsoft Teams processes certain personal information, including your name, email address, meeting participation details and any chat messages exchanged during sessions.


Sessions are not routinely recorded.


Where a recording is requested for coaching purposes, this will only take place with your explicit consent before the session begins. Recordings will be used solely for the agreed coaching purpose and will be stored securely for the agreed retention period before being permanently deleted.

Email Communications


M Coaching uses Microsoft Outlook (Microsoft 365) for business communications.


Emails you send to us may contain personal information, including coaching enquiries, booking requests and information you choose to share.


We retain email correspondence only for as long as necessary to provide our services, maintain business records and comply with legal obligations.

Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)


M Coaching may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools, including ChatGPT (OpenAI Business/Plus Licence) and Microsoft Copilot, to support the preparation of coaching resources, presentation materials, marketing content and administrative tasks.


Protecting client confidentiality remains paramount.


We will never intentionally enter personally identifiable client information, confidential coaching discussions or MBTI® assessment results into AI systems unless we have obtained your explicit consent or the information has first been fully anonymised.


AI tools are used to improve efficiency and quality of materials, but all coaching advice, recommendations and client communications are reviewed by a qualified human coach before being shared.

Payment Information


Payments may be processed through secure third-party providers.
